MN Women Networking

After more than a year of attending the Forest Lake Chamber’s Women In Business Group and experiencing minimal growth- we started talking about how we could develop a successful group where women would look forward to coming, meeting new faces, gaining friends and making positive connection that would help improve their business. We also knew that many women outside of the Forest Lake area would be interested…. Thus LAKES AREA WOMEN IN BUSINESS was formed. Our first “Kick Off” meeting was held on May 21, 2010 with 23 women in attendance.

Purpose of Meetings: Connect, Empower, Educate, Grow

Connect women who want to do business with other business women in the Lakes Area.
Empower women by discovering the Power of Partnerships with other women.
Educate women by providing business women learning opportunities directly related to business development through informative and interactive presentations by business experts.
Grow our organization to increase membership which will grow our businesses.
